Maxim Soria...
I can’t say I ever expected I’d write something about this about someone who’s been such a big part of my life.
I met Max in November 2005, I paid for my own flight and worked for free for Valencia on a tour with Tokyo Rose on what was my first ever tour as a Merch guy.
I then went out with Hit The Lights in spring 2007 on a tour with Valencia and I still feel like I...

My Top 5 Pop Punk Albums
This is in no real order, it’s too close to call!
MxPx - ‘Life In General’ At 16 years old, one of my best friends lent me his copy of ‘Life In General’ and my life was changed forever. I’d never heard a band play so far but so melodic at the same time. The album had the coolest cover I had ever seen. I just remember listening to this album every day for at...

Apparently that picture is a fake/joke. Very upset!
clrghn asked: I like your honesty about touring and the effects it has on your life, both the good and the bad - not a lot of people tell it just like it is. In fact, I like your tumblr as a whole - it's interesting. This isn't really a question, sorry, I really just wanted to tell you.
sarahsighnomore asked: Do you think you'll ever stop doing merch because of missing so much? Or would you get restless?

i really want to be in a band (who doesn't) but i'm not sure if i'm talented enough or cut out for it. in your opinion, with your experience of being around/ in bands, is enthusiasm more important than talent? and what would you say makes a good band?

I thought I’d write a blog about people. People who help me do what I do and my work/life etc… So here goes:
Hidden In Plain View - First band I ever really worked for, passed my name on to MxPx, which led to me working for one of my favourite bands of all time (MxPx) on what was my first ever ‘real’ tour.
Johnny Phillips - Back when I played in a band, he helped get us...
beckyhugs asked: Right, now that I can ask, haha.
How did you get into doing merch and touring?
Would you recommend trying it for someone with no idea what they want to do yet? :)

Touring
Got a question about touring? Ask it!
I miss you.
One thing people always say to me is ‘I wish I could do your job’.
Well here’s my thoughts on the matter in the wake of these natural disasters that keep occurring. I’ve tour for maybe 6-7 years now and it’s a huge part of my life, I love the people I’ve met and the memories I’ll always treasure… But when is enough, enough?
I’m 26 years old and I’ve pretty much grown up touring. I’ve missed...

Favorite albums of all time..
I really intended to do this as my favorite albums of 2009, but I honestly didn’t listen to many albums that were released that year… So here’s my favorites of all time..
1 - The Beach Boys - ‘Pet Sounds’
Masterpiece. If you don’t own this album, buy it! It’s pretty much the most insanely good Pop album of all time, every song paints a picture in your...
